Industrial grain sifter and pipe lamp.  The shade is made from a repurposed grain sifter measuring about 16" in diameter.  The main part of the lamp is iron pipe with a water valve that has been fitted with a fully dim able switch.  The base of the lamp is an old iron flat belt pulley that measures 12 inches in diameter.  This is a big and heavy lamp and it has a great industrial steampunk look.
