A.C. Milliamperes Amp Meter by W.M. Welch Scientific Company has been turned into a fantastic Vintage Edison Lamp.  The amp meter is made from black Bakelite material and was once property of the Arizona State University Electronics Dept.  It has a silver lamp stand, silver bulb socket and a unique silver cage fixture for a lamp shade.
It measures 4wx6dx15 inches high.  The bulb is fully dimmable by the center knob on the front of the unit.  The cord is a vintage looking brown twisted two wire cloth cord. 
This piece would look great on a desk, night stand or office book shelf.
