SCUD; the re-purposed thermos/ rocket lamp. Gathering a few items in my boxes of rusty treasures I came across the unused lamp base from the 1940's and a unique thermos that were begging to be put together.  The base is from an art deco desk lamp and measures about 7 inches in diameter.  The flexible lamp arm is about 15" long and the rocket measures 23" in length.  The rocket is made from and vintage thermos, oil can, clock gears and a jello mold.  The Edison flame shape bulb is controlled with the on/off switch on the base of the lamp.
